Lesniak O’Rourke is an association of attorneys. We have a combined experience of over eighty
(80) years in the general practice of law. The firm serves the needs of individuals and small
businesses, practicing before the city, state and federal courts. Attorneys Lesniak and
O’Rourke are experienced in handling a wide range of concerns facing individuals from real
estate matters, deeds, wills, traffic/dui and misdemeanor cases, to the more complex issues of
estates, family law, guardianships, personal injuries, and litigation. Being a small business our-
self, we recognize, understand and handle the everyday problems facing a small business from
bad checks and collections of debts to the more complex concerns of incorporation, partnership
agreements, leases, construction, and buy/sell agreements. We have been doing insurance
subrogation work for over 30 years.
The firm is experienced in representing governmental units and practicing before
governmental agencies. Attorney Lesniak is a former Indian State Representative and has
represented a public school and public library for over 20 years. Attorney O’Rourke represents
various school districts in labor matters and has an extensive practice in zoning, planning and
real estate.
